Booking Conditions

1. Confirmed Bookings
Upon receipt of a completed booking form and a £50 non-returnable deposit
will be required to secure your place on the course. In special circumstances
the amount of deposit may be negotiable.

Final payment of the account to be made 7 days before the event.

2. Extreme Weather
Courses will go ahead in all weathers unless deemed dangerous by
Wildside Survival.

3. Responsibility
You will be expected to consider the safety of others as well as your own at
all times. Dangerous behaviour will result in a caution, or, if necessary,
dismissal from the course.

4. Repairs
Individuals will be held liable for the cost of repairs made necessary by wilful
damage to equipment or to landowner's property.

5. Public Liability Cover
Wildside Survival is covered for public liability for up to £5 million.

6. Important Notice
On all courses you will be in a woodland environment, cooking on open fires
and using sharp cutting tools. It is therefore quite possible to burn, stain, cut
or otherwise damage your equipment and or clothes.

Wildside Survival can take no responsibility for damaged caused to any
personal belongings you may bring to their courses.
