What
This is a hands on course. The instructors will explain and demonstrate how to identify various plants and trees for medicinal and edible uses!
You will cover the folllowing:
- How to identify a variety of plants and trees
- What habitats certain plants require
- Medicinal uses of plants and trees
- Plus much more

The course starts at 9:30am and finishes at about 12:30pm.
This course changes with every season so no two courses are the same.
Who
Suitable for beginners, or those with some experience who want further practice. It is suitable for young children accompanied by their parents.
There is a maximum of 8 people on this course.

We run our courses in various beautiful woodlands in and around the heart of Sussex.
